The SSC grants funds to organizations on Sheppard AFB and the surrounding community. If your organization is in need of funds, please submit a request form to be reviewed by the SSC board.
The SSC can also send out volunteer requests to our general membership. If you are in need of volunteers for an upcoming event you may submit a request for our board to review.
We review and vote on all grant and volunteer requests at our monthly Governing Board Meeting; held on the 1st Monday of the month. Please be sure to submit your request by the last Wednesday of the month in order for us to review it at the upcoming meeting, otherwise it will be reviewed the following month.
Please keep in mind that we will not be reviewing grants or volunteer requests in June or July. You are still welcome to submit a request during that time and it will be reviewed at our August board meeting.
