Welcome to Hangar Holiday!
Hangar Holiday began in 1984 at Sheppard AFB, TX. As the years passed, the event grew so popular that the show was moved from the hangar to the WFMPEC. Sheppard Spouses' Club hosts the two day event as the largest, free admission Craft and Vendor Show in the Greater Texoma area.
The net profits from this event benefit military spouses and dependent children through the SSC Annual Scholarship Program and the community through the SSC Grants Program.

Vendor Information
Vendor Contracts are accepted year round. New vendor contracts are accepted after March 1, 2025. Please see the attached pdf above starting March 1st to apply.
You will be contacted via email with acceptance and payment verification.
Volunteer Opportunities
CAN YOU HELP?
Our volunteers are what makes Hangar Holiday possible by contributing countless hours of their time. Our volunteers help with setting up and decorating, checking on vendors throughout the show and driving golf carts to and from the parking lots!
Hangar Holiday is organized and run each year by a team of volunteers. We would love to have you join our team.

COMMITTEE POSITIONS:
Director, Vendor Coordinator, Treasurer, Volunteer Coordinator, Marketing, Decorating Coordinator, and Santa’s Helpers.
All Hangar Holiday Committee Members are responsible for attending Hangar Holiday meetings, being present during the show, and reporting expenses for reimbursement to the Hangar Holiday Treasurer. All Coordinators will be provided information, guidance and timelines.
