Welcome to Hangar Holiday!
Hangar Holiday began in 1984 at Sheppard AFB, TX. As the years passed, the event grew so popular that the show was moved from the hangar to the WFMPEC. Sheppard Spouses' Club hosts the two day event as the largest, free admission Craft and Vendor Show in the Greater Texoma area.
The net profits from this event benefit military spouses and dependent children through the SSC Annual Scholarship Program and the community through the SSC Grants Program.

Vendor Information
Vendor Contracts are accepted year round. New vendor contracts are accepted after March 1, 2025. Please see the attached pdf above starting March 1st to apply.
You will be contacted via email with acceptance and payment verification.
Volunteer Opportunities
CAN YOU HELP?
It is our Volunteers who make Hangar Holiday possible by contributing countless hours of their time. In addition to volunteers who give their time during the event, there are several Coordinator Positions that are key to running the event.
COORDINATOR POSITIONS:
Director, Vendor Coordinator, Treasurer, Volunteer Coordinator, Hospitality, Marketing, Decorating Coordinator, and Santa’s Helpers.
All Hangar Holiday Team Members are responsible for attending monthly Hangar Holiday meetings, being present during the show (or designating an appropriate replacement) and reporting expenses for reimbursement by the Hangar Holiday Treasurer. All Coordinators will be provided with information, guidance and timelines.
