Hangar Holiday started in 1984 at Sheppard AFB, TX. As the years passed, the event grew so popular that the show was moved from the hangar to the WFMPEC. Sheppard Spouses' Club hosts the two day event as the largest, free admission Craft and Vendor Show in the Greater Texhoma area.
All the net profits from this event benefit military spouses and dependent children with the SSC annual scholarship and grants.
The Sheppard Spouses’ Club operates as a private, 501(c)4 non-profit organization as defined in the Air Force Instruction 34-223 and in accordance with all applicable civil and military laws and regulations
Vendor Contracts are accepted year round. New vendor contracts are not accepted until February 1, 2021.

HOW CAN YOU HELP? It is our Volunteers who make our Hangar Holiday possible by contributing countless hours of their time. In addition to volunteers who give their time during the event, there are several Coordinator positions that are key to running the event.
All Hangar Holiday Coordinators are responsible for attending monthly Hangar Holiday meetings, being present during the show (or designating an appropriate replacement) and reporting expenses for reimbursement by SSC Treasurer. All Coordinators will be provided with information and guidance from members who have filled these positions in prior years.

***It is with the heaviest heart that the Sheppard Spouses' Club board has unanimously voted to formally cancel the 2020 Hangar Holiday show. Please know that this decision has weighed extremely heavily on our hearts for several months. However, we have personally reviewed and exhausted every single option for us to be able to hold the show in the current COVID19 climate. We appreciate all of your support and understanding as our top priority is everyone's health and safety during these unprecedented times.
The SSC board ultimately decided that we could not provide the very best outcome for our vendors or shoppers due to heavy health and safety restrictions that we are under for the foreseeable future. If you are a current vendor, you have been sent an email with details on how to request a full refund or to transfer your booth/payment/contract to the 2021 Hangar Holiday show.

The cancellation heavily impacts the SSC Scholarship program for military spouses and children. Several vendors have contacted me to donate a portion or their entire vendor booth fees to our Scholarship fund. If you would like to also become a Scholarship Sponsor, please respond to this email advising that you are donating your booth fees. You will be highlighted on all our social media platforms, publicly recognized at our scholarship ceremony, and we will share your business website/FB page as a sponsor throughout our board year.
To ensure we stay compliant with our contracted terms, please SUBMIT either the Cancellation/Refund Request OR the Transfer Request no later than 15 October. I need this for our records. It's vital that you submit ONE of these forms.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS OUR STANDARD Cancellation/Refund Policy which will not be in place until after 1 November 2020.
You may cancel your reservation/contract by clicking the Cancellation Form hyperlink below and submitting the form to our Vendor Coordinator.
o Any cancellation request is subject to a $50 per booth requested processing fee when requesting a refund.
o Cancellation request received via email before July 31, 2021, you will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee per booth requested,
if the SSC Hangar Holiday Vendor Coordinator is able to fill your booth(s). *
o Cancellation requests received via email by August 1, 2021 – September 30, 2021 will only receive 50% of the total paid for all booths requested, less
a $50 processing fee per booth requested, if the Vendor Coordinator is able to fill your booth(s). *
o Any cancellations submitted on or after October 1, 2021 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. All monies not refunded will remain in the SSC Charitable/Scholarship Fund.
*If the Vendor Coordinator is unable to fill your booth(s), you are not entitled to receive a refund. You will be notified via email.
